What we do
A year of the troop, in patches.
Every meeting earns something — a skill, a badge, a story to tell at school on Monday. Here's the shape of a typical year with Troop 3398.
Outdoors & camping
Hikes, campouts, fire building, knots, and the kind of weather you only complain about once.
Badges & skills
First aid, coding, art, robotics, cooking — girls choose what they want to learn and go earn it.
Service projects
Give-back projects right here in Smithville, planned and run by the girls themselves.
Cookie business
Goal setting, money handling, and talking to strangers without dying of embarrassment.
Troop trips
Day trips and overnights the troop funds with its own cookie and fall product earnings.
Ceremonies
Investiture, rededication, bridging — the moments where the year gets marked and celebrated.
Who's in charge (mostly)
